Northern Colorado Human Resource Association (NCHRA) is a local chapter of the nationally recognized Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM.) SHRM celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2008 and NCHRA celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2007. 

The mission and vision of the original founders of SHRM was that human resource management had the potential to affect people's lives and business operations in many ways. SHRM has become the prime provider of top-notch HR products and services and is recognized as the leader in connecting HR professionals with one another. (SHRM)

As a local chapter of SHRM, NCHRA is dedicated to promoting excellence in human resource practices in Northern Colorado's businesses. We encourage you to be an active participant in both NCHRA and SHRM.
