Events| SHRM HR Games: UNC-Greeley (Volunteers Needed!) |

The SHRM HR Games are coming up in February. The event is being held at the University of Northern Colorado this year, and volunteers will be needed specifically on Saturday, February 13th, from 7:30am to 3:00pm. In years past, CO SHRM and BAHRA have stepped up in providing volunteers for when the games were held in the Denver Metro area, and I hope that our board and general membership can step up since it’s in our neck of the woods.
There are several volunteer roles needing to be filled this year, and given the expected number of teams competing, we expect to need around 25-30 HR professionals on Saturday. Possible roles include being a judge, a time keeper, question coordinator, etc. It’s a fantastic experience for all involved. If there is a particular volunteer position you’d like to fill, please let me know and I can put you down to fill that role. As we get closer to the games, we will likely have some meetings (conference calls I imagine) to make sure everyone’s on the same page regarding their responsibilities so we can ensure a smooth production and great experience for the students.
Again, please let me know if you can volunteer via e-mail as soon as possible. With 30 spots to fill, we’ll need all the help we can get!
